The name "Egan Medical" was unavailable, hence why the company's Ebay Store adopted the name of Egan Medical's parent-company, Egan Healthcare Services, Inc.

The company plans to use the new storefront to offer overstocked items at a dramatically reduced rate. The Egan Healthcare Ebay Store will feature a slightly different product offering from that of the company's main website.
