717 Parking Enterprises Enters Into A New Partnership With Hillsborough Community College
717 Parking Enterprises is to provide parking lot services for Hillsborough Community College Ybor City Campus
Online, July 11, 2011 (Newswire.com) - 717 Parking Enterprises, a leading provider of parking management, valet parking services, and transportation services in Florida and nationally, has announced a contractual agreement with Hillsborough Community College (HCC) to provide parking operations for their Ybor City Campus. HCC has contracted with 717 Parking Enterprises to manage the parking operations with services provided for after hours and event parking as a revenue generated source for the college.
The contract for these services is for a total of two years with an option of three additional one-year terms. The days and hours of operation vary, but will typically be Monday - Thursday from 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday from 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Saturday from 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Rates will vary as well but will typically range between $3 - $10 per vehicle depending on the calendar date and type of event.
The lots that will be open and operated for after hours and special events are: Administrative Building, Student Services Building, Performing Arts Building, Visual Arts Building, Learning Resource Center/Library Building, Public Safety Technology Building, and the Don Vincente South Building.
