The main goal was to enable 3M to use the SaaS CRM System "Oracle CRM On Demand" on mobile Google Android Devices on the go. Fellow Consulting's CRM Gadget App enables the Sales Reps now to plan and maintain all customer interactions mobile or offline on smartphones and tablets.
3M profits from the CRM Gadget App for Android by having all relevant sales information available in a comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date way. Independent of being in office, on travel or in a customer meeting - with or without internet access. So the benefits of cloud computing and mobile apps are combined for the 3M sales force.
CRM Gadget as mobile CRM application supports a holistic sales cycle, from customer management, lead and opportunity qualification, documentation and activity management. The sales rep has a full view on all customer related information combined with Internet resources like route planning. This so-called "Daily Agenda" facilitates efficient visit planning and reporting afterwards. The data can be entered either in CRM on Demand or on the Smartphone and synchronized vice-versa, and the synchronization works automatically to reduce manual work for the users.
