The 2nd Annual Global OPV and Maritime Unmanned Systems Summit is around the corner to showcase imminent future acquisitions from Navies. Police and Coast Guards. This event will bring together key global OPV programmes as well as the latest capabilities and technology in maritime unmanned systems. The summit will be held on the 20-22 September 2011, in Istanbul, Turkey.

Similar to last year, the event will bring together senior buy side and industry representatives in a five star environment in Istanbul, Turkey, a country famous and renowned for it’s ship building as well as hospitality.

Hear about the latest strategies in coastal defence including combating terrorisms and preparing for asymmetric threats, as well as engaging in various border protection roles including anti-smuggling, anti-piracy, fisheries patrol, immigration, law enforcement and rescue operations.

Gracing this event are high level speakers from well recognised organisations such as the Italian Navy, the Maritime Foundation of India, The Yemen Cost Guard Authority, the Turkish SSM, and EU MARSIC project and many more.
