Taco Salad Dressing
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped finely
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup salsa

There are two ways to make salad dressing. Whisk the ingredients together; or if you're in a hurry, simply use your blender. Fresh herbs will give this dressing the best flavor. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, substitute dried herbs, but use only half the measurement.

To make this dressing whisk or blend all ingredients together. Pour into a salad dressing bottle, and shake vigorously before pouring onto your salad. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for 4-7 days.
