Online, January 29, 2012 (Newswire.com) - While the Motorola Droid Razr was just released, Motorola already found a way to improve upon an already pristine design and released the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. By adding a 3300mAh battery, Motorola managed to still produce an extremely thin, light and durable phone and add the largest battery that ever existed in a cell phone. The battery lasts for 21.9 hours of usage and 15 days of standby. The size of the phone is only increased by .07 inches and the weight by a few ounces. The Droid Razr Maxx still has the Kevlar backing, making the battery irremovable, but increasing the toughness of the phone.
Another thing Motorola increased was the storage - 16MB of internal storage and a 16MB storage card. Motorola managed to fit the battery in by filling in the hump on the back of the Droid Razr, making the phone feel more balanced and secure in your hand. As far as software, Motorola added security including government-grade FIPS 140-2 encryption, remote wipe, PIN lock, SD card and device encryption, and remote enable/disable of camera and Wi-Fi. Other than the increase in power and memory, the rest of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx is pretty much unchanged.
We recommend using the Bluetooth capabilities to their fullest and there are a wide variety of accessories, including headsets, that allow you to do so. One of these accessories is a Bluetooth keyboard. Enhance your productivity with most Motorola devices powered by Android. (Phone must support Bluetooth HID profile to use this application.) Enjoy a full-sized keyboard, super thin design and quick access to Android apps with shortcut keys. Navigate through all your Android apps in a snap.

We also recommend having a reliable back-up charger. A vehicle charger or an external battery pack are both great options. The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx Naztech Booster X15 is a compact Li-ion power source for charging any Mini and Micro USB Smartphone or Bluetooth headset on the go. The X15 can be recharged using any Mini, Micro AC or DC Charger or from any PC USB port. What completes this device is the built-in flashlight and convenient battery indicator. Just simply connect and charge! Never be caught powerless again.
